Dungeness Bay Manor is ideal for up to three adult couples and can accommodate a maximum of twelve guests (including children). There are four queen beds (up to eight adults) and four twin beds, of which two have trundle beds, to accommodate up to six guests (best for children). Groups with greater than eight adults are possible but will experience less privacy (see floor plans).
Rental rates are based on a four-guest occupancy. Additional guests (more than four) require an additional nightly per-guest fee. Any event held on the property with extra daytime visitors may be considered but will require evaluation and approval by the property owners.
Check-in is 4:00 pm. Please note that early check-in is not possible. If you need to access the property prior to 4:00 pm you may wish to reserve the night before you arrive. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

Fees
$300 non-refundable cleaning fee. This covers preparing the home for your arrival.
$1,000 refundable damage/cleaning/security deposit.
Taxes are not included in above rates and will be applied to total cost.
Please note that the $300 cleaning fee covers preparing the home for your arrival. We expect guests to keep the house in good order during their stay: clean up any spills, wash and put away dishes, use coasters for drinks, put trash in bins, and leave the home tidy. Guests that leave a mess in the home will have extra cleaning fees deducted from the refundable deposit.
Events, if approved, require separate event contract, and minimum event fee of $1,000.

Please note the following basic house rules:
No smoking, no pets, no fires, maximum occupancy of twelve (12) guests, no loud/obnoxious behavior, driveway speed is 5 mph. The cleaning fee paid covers general housekeeping and providing fresh linens. We expect you to keep the home in good order during your stay.
